Workout Video: At Home Bootcamp

Busy But Healthy show host Kristine Fretwell demonstrates a great workout you can do out of the comfort of your own home!  An At-Home Bootcamp!  All you need is a set of dumbbells.

Here is the at home bootcamp workout (you can print this off to have handy)

Do each series 3-4 times, and 10 reps of each exercise in the series.  If the exercise is per leg, do 10 reps per leg (totaling 20 reps).

1) Squat Press, Burpee, Walking Lunge, Plie Side Laterals

2) Walkouts, Tricep Dips, Alternating Forward Lunge, Pop Squats

3) Football Runs, Pushups, Split Lunge Jumps, Shoulder Rolls

4) Mountain Climbers, Volleys, Stationary Lunge with Bicep Curl, Deadlifts
