Busy But Healthy show host Kristine Fretwell answers your health & fitness questions. This weeks question is from Lynn. She writes, “Kristine, how do you stay motivated all the time?”

My advice:

1) Sticking to a plan and be organized

2) Keep the variety to prevent getting bored
