A taste of the tropics, but its low sugar and has almost 25 grams of protein!

Serves 1

1 x 30 gram scoop whey protein in vanilla (or vanilla protein of your choice)
2 packets of Krisda stevia
1/2 cup unsweetened almond breeze (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or canned)
1 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp rum extract
6-7 ice cubes

Blend, drink and dream of the tropics!
