Oh Happy Day

Just a quick post for you today!  My brother is getting married tomorrow! 🙂  If you remember, I posted about the Bridal Shower I hosted for it.   Brent, myself and Sienna are all in the Wedding Party.  I cannot wait to see Sienna in her cute little flower girl dress!

So alas, today is a busy day at the Fretwell house!  We’ve got family coming to town for the occasion, so the last minute scramble begins!

I’ve also got my first preschool field trip with my munchkin this afternoon to the Pumpkin Patch!  (here’s a shot from last years trip)

Not to mention the baking I’d like to get to later, so I have some healthy snacks for the guests. Another batch of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins will be a hit I’m sure…

Hope you’ve all been having a great week! I’ve started some new fitness classes at the gym (spinning), so that’s been keeping me nice and motivated!  I’m going to post on Monday the plan I’m going to follow for the next little while.

Oh yeah, and can’t forget its Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend!  With all this wedding business, I’m glad I’m not hosting dinner this year.  Going to my Dad’s house on Monday for that.

If you are hosting a dinner Thanksgiving Dinner this weekend, I HIGHLY recommend my Apple, Cranberry & Turkey Sausage Stuffing

and for dessert, the No-Bake Turtle Pumpkin Pie

If you’re stuck for a side dish, Marinated Carrots are ALWAYS a hit too!
