I was invited over to Global BC Morning News this morning for my third segment. This time, I super excited to be bringing one of my girls with me! These 3 ingredient treats are a different twist on rice krispie squares. Very easy to make and super yummy!
These homemade fruit rollups are not only delicious, but are also a fun activity to do with the kids. The hardest part is simply waiting for them to be done in the oven. Warning: these disappear very fast!
With only 4 ingredients, these are also very easy to make and you can roll them in whatever toppings you like. I recommend using a good quality whey protein isolate when giving to kids. I love Diesel, which is 100% New Zealand whey with no hormones or antibiotics. Its also naturally sweetened with stevia.
