Favorite Find Wednesday: Have Your PB and Eat It To!

Well its that middle of the week hump!  Its been a good week for me so far!  Hubby and I are on Day 9 of our detox and doing well!  So today I wanted to talk about a product I just found recently!  If you are watching calories, and LOVE peanut butter it is a LIFESAVER!!  So yummy! Its called PB2!!!

PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (184g)

OK, so your probably wondering what the heck it is.  Well, its a powdered peanut butter.  Sounds weird, I know, but when we’re talking about QUANTITY, this stuff takes the cake. 

In 2 Tbsp (which makes A LOT once you add a bit of water) is 45 cals, 1.5g fat, 5g carb, 1g sugar, 5g protein.

Don’t get me wrong, real, natural peanut butter is GREAT for you and is great to include in your diet, but if you could have PB 5 times a day, this is great because you can add that PB flavor to a lot of things, but not the extra fat.  Its so good in shakes, in oatmeal, mixed into a Protein Brownie, and I’im sure you could think of a lot more ways.

I hear its easy to find in the US, but in Canada you have to order online.  I get mine here:  I like the Low Carb Grocery cause they have the best shipping rates and my orders always come quickly! 🙂
