Da Bomb Butternut Squash Fries

They are da bomb because for 100 grams of these babies (which is A LOT of fries) 40 calories!!! Who doesn’t LOVE that!?!

For these you’ll need:

Butternut squash, peeled and cut into fry-like strips
Garlic powder
Sea salt & pepper (I use Celtic sea salt)

Go heavy on the garlic, thyme & rosemary, easier on the salt, pepper. Mix in a large bowl and place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400-425 degrees for 25-30 min.  Flip once during cooking.

If need a dip, a low cal ranch would suffice, or even some low fat mayo mixed with garlic powder and herbs to make an aioli!!

Per 100g cooked (approx 1 cup)
Cals: 40 Carbs: 10g Protein: 1g
