Could Drinking Coffee Fight the Blues?

News, Facts & Fitness Monday:

Coffee can help fight depression?  Or is it a shot in the dark?  Perhaps I should be buying shares in Starbucks!

I found this great article on CNN Health today.  It was a study with 50,000 women.  They cover their butts and don’t ‘suggest’ people drink more to cure depression, but I’ll be interested to hear if anything progresses out of it.

In the meantime, I won’t feel the least bit guilty about my morning cup of joe.  But I won’t be giving that up anytime soon.

What’s your take?  Yay, or nay?

Too much coffee can make me feel anxious…BUT there is nothing that makes me happier than sitting down with a cafe late or just brewed coffee. It has the ‘cozy’ feel to it.

I’m with you there! I can’t do more than a cup a day or I get the jitters, but I sure like the 2 sip wake-up!
