California Pizza

This is BY FAR, my favorite healthy pizza recipe!  I’d take this over any pizza place! So good!

Ingredients

1 large whole grain tortilla
1/4 cup canned pineapple tidbits
3 oz cooked chicken
1 Tbsp sundried tomato, reconstituted in hot water & chopped (not packed in oil)
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1-2 sliced mushrooms
1 oz low fat goat cheese (2 Tbsp)
1/4 cup tomato sauce w/oregano, basil, garlic powder (or low fat pasta sauce)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place all toppings on tortilla. Carefully put tortilla in oven DIRECTLY on the rack (no baking sheet!). Cook for 10-15 min or until the sides of the tortilla are brown the crust gets firm like a cracker!  Remove, slice & enjoy!

You can also cook directly on the BBQ on med-high heat for 8-10 min.
