Hey Everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! I’ve got some GREAT news to share with you all!

Busy But Healthy™ is going to be partnering with Krisda® Premium Stevia Extract.

Krisda_Box.jpgIf you follow my recipes, you’ll know that I’m a big promoter of stevia.  I believe that most people have far too much sugar in their diets which is leading to a lot of empty calories and also hindering people from reaching their health and fitness goals!  That’s why I’m so excited to be working with Krisda!  I’ll be helping them get the word out about the benefits of stevia over sugar and artificial sweeteners.  They have a variety of stevia products that I use and love!  What’s even better is that stevia is natural and I feel good giving it to my little girl.

I’m so excited to share some recipes with you using Krisda.  You will see many in Season 2 of the Busy But Healthy Show airing April 4th 2011!

I must say, I’m loving my morning cup of joe even more now thanks to the Krisda Café flavors.  Have you ever had a London Fog? (earl grey tea with milk & sugar).  Give that a whirl with a packet of the Krisda Almond Café.  OH MY GOSH!!!  Soooooo good!!!!
