Banana Chocolate Smoothie

I’m just a week bit obsessed with anything that is chocolate/banana.  I know many of you are as well!  This is the BEST chocolate banana protein shake recipe I’ve come up with….


p.s.  Mine is actually way thicker (more like a milkshake!)

Banana Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Serves 1

1 scoop Whey Gourmet Naturelle Chocolate (or any chocolate protein you like!)
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla (or unsweetened regular) almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup water
1 heaping teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 packets of stevia or 10 drops of liquid stevia
1/2 small frozen banana, sliced
4-5 ice cubes

Place all in small blender or magic bullet and blend!

Calories: 190  Fat: 4.1 g  Carbs: 17 g  Fibre: 2.6 g  Sugars: 6.3 g  Protein: 24 g
