5 Favorite Fitness Classes

I haven’t done one of my SkinnyScoop lists in a while, so it was time!  How are you all making out with your New Years Resolutions?  This is typically the time where motivation can get lost.  By March, I notice the gym is quiet again.

In all honesty, if you find you lose motivation quickly, and you’ve never gone to a group class, now’s the time to try one!  I find when I’m in a rut, just ‘showing up’ to a class is so much better than attempting to get motivated on my own.  Just make the conscious decision to go, and when you get there, you know you’ll get a good workout.  Its like having a personal trainer, but without the cost.

Don’t worry if you haven’t done one before and you’re worried how you’ll look.  There is always beginners and there is always a learning curve.  You just have to suck up your pride and know you’re doing the best for yourself, and your health.

    I totally agree with you on indoor cycling and the yoga choices! I also really want to try some of the others though, particularly kettle balls so thank you for the recommendations! xx

    Great roundup Kristine! Cycling is my favourite, but that’s probably because as an instructor, I’m very biased! I also love Moksha Hot Yoga – that makes my top 5 for sure!
